MF records include a recommendation letter from Salve to Rawi & Co in 2007, asking them to set up a company and a trust for Ramesh Mahajan and Asha Mahajan. - See more at: http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-news-india/panama-papers-india-part-1-list-garware-shishir-k-bajoria-harish-salve/#sthash.vfEw9vDQ.dpuf

Was Harish Salve bribing an Indian Judge by setting up off-shore company & trust for these Canada based Mahajans? Who are these Mahajans? What is their connection to Salve?

"MF records show that Salve is listed as a director in Crestbright Ltd, which was registered in 2012 with Salendra Swarup as another director." Who is this Salendra Swarup? Is it the lawyer Shailendra Swarup?

"No, I am not the investigating agency, neither Kian are you. So you cannot give Salve the clean chit to use Indian lingo.

I again say an investigation is needed.

Kian in your enthusiasm to defend Salve you have misrepresented facts and have clearly not been an objective journalist.

Indian Express is not the investigating agency and they obviously have only limited facts which they have disclosed which primafacie raise the issue of questionable activity by Harish Salve."

This is not a lawyer referring a client to a law-firm.

We have no idea who these Mahajans are. They could be terrorists, or fixers, or money launderers. An investigation will reveal the facts.

Kian, your defence of Salve is so lame. Why do you defend him like this I wonder?

This is not a privacy issue. So now you ask why name the friend?

We do not know what Salve disclosed or not in his tax papers.

Again an investigation is required."

The above fact is misrepresented  by Kian Ganz at http://www.legallyindia.com/bar-bench-litigation/harish-salve-panama-papers-coverage-unfair-privacy-invasion-disclosed-all-investments-paid-rs-175-cr-of-tax by suggesting "referring clients to other law firms does not seem illegal and something lawyers do all the time."

I think its better to have a public exchange here than you sending me emails on the side.

Why are you now moderating my comments?

You are posting borderline defamatory stuff which has no basis in fact other than hypotheticals, and I don't have time at all today to go back and forth with you for a dozen comments.  Will moderate future unreasonable comments on this along same line.
